West Ham United Ladies make the short trip to Colchester United Ladies on Wednesday evening hoping for their first three points of the new season.
Tony Marshall's side, who remain unbeaten, are still reeling after conceding a late equaliser in Sunday's 2-2 draw with Cardiff City Ladies in controversial circumstances.
Goals from Gemma Shepherd and Kayleigh Xidhas had given the Hammers a 2-1 lead with ten minutes to go, before confusion reigned when a second ball entered the field of play. Assuming the game would be halted, the West Ham players all stopped only for the hosts to put the ball into the back of the net and the goal to be given.
The result means Tony's side have drawn their opening three games of the FA Tesco Premier League South season and will travel to face Colchester at Wivenhoe Town looking for that elusive first win. Kick off at Broad Lane is at 7.45pm.
