A life-long West Ham United fan taking part in a charity event in October is asking for sponsorship from his fellow Hammers around the world.
Oliver Shaw has been set the target of raising £3000 for the Voluntary Service Overseas in a gruelling 12-hour challenge this October and is hoping other West Ham fans will help him reach his total. Oliver is taking part in the Brecon Challenge on 3 October, which will see him to complete a 16km hike in the Brecon Beacons, followed by a 35km off-road bike ride and then a three-hour kayak across a reservoir.
VSO is an international development charity that finds experienced professionals to live and work in communities in some of the poorest countries in the world. For more information, click here.
