Luis Jimenez may be in only his third day of training with his new West Ham United team-mates in Austria, but has already caught the eye with some impressive performances.
Chile forward Jimenez flew to England on Saturday night and then joined the rest of the squad for the first time on Monday morning as they prepared to fly out for the ten-day training camp.
After his second intensive training session on Tuesday, he happily posed with the new dark blue West Ham United away shirt he could wear for the first time in Saturday's pre-season tour match with Werder Bremen in Austria.
First-team coach Steve Clarke is one of those pleased with how the former South American Player of the Year has integrated himself with the group following his season-long loan move from Italian Serie A champions Internazionale.
"We know he is a quality player and he was brought into this squad to improve the quality," Clarke said.
"It's early days but he's working well and he seems to have fitted into the group well which is good. He needs to improve his English a bit but I'm sure over a period of time that will happen."
