Club captain Lucas Neill has backed a new way for fans to show their support for the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK.
The Fund - which signed a three-year agreement with the club last summer - has launched a new easy to use website link for anyone wanting to make a donation. Simply log on to justgiving.com/westhamunited and you will see a special message from Fund founder Stephanie Moore MBE.
She said: "The money that you, and West Ham United raise through this site will go towards funding vital bowel cancer research in the UK...I am sure Bobby would be touched that the club that he loved and you, the fans that were so special to him, are dedicated to raising funds in his memory - your donation really will make a difference."
In backing the new initiative, Neill said: "The Bobby Moore Fund is a charity that is really true to the hearts of everyone here at West Ham United and it is great to be able to help raise awareness of such a good cause."
The Bobby Moore Fund (Charity Reg. No 1089464) raises money for bowel cancer research in memory of Bobby Moore who died from the disease. To date, the Fund has raised more than £10m. To donate click here
