The midfielders took time out to tour the children's wards and give out Easter eggs to youngsters like seven-year-old Nicole Head (pictured). The duo, who also signed autographs and posed for pictures, were joined in saying hello to the younger patients by club mascots Bubbles and Herbie. Up to 100 children will spend the Easter weekend in the hospital this week, and the donation of 120 chocolate eggs by Keith Ross, chef at the Boleyn Ground, helped to raise spirits.

Keith was admitted to the Barts and The London Heart Attack Centre at The London Chest Hospital in 2006 after suffering a heart attack. Since then, he has been involved in a range of activities to support the Trust's hospitals.
