Pantsil is with host nation Ghana and will be involved in the opening match of the competition on Sunday while Camara's Senegal have to wait until Wednesday to get started. Both men are making their third finals appearance.

The quarter-finals will be played on 3/4 February although Ghana and Senegal cannot meet until the semi-finals at the earliest. These will be held on 7 February, with the final set for 10 February.
