West Ham United reserves are in action tonight for the first time in 2008 - with a host of players expected to be back in contention against Aston Villa.
The likes of James Collins, Lee Bowyer, Luis Boa Morte and Julien Faubert - for his first appearance since his summer achilles injury - could all figure in Kevin Keen's starting lineup. The match, which gets under way at 7pm, will be played at the Bescot Stadium home of Walsall FC. Villa have included former Hammers striker Marlon Harewood in their lineup.
The reserve side, which could also feature a number of the club's talented youngsters including recent first-team debutant Jack Collison, are unbeaten in their last five matches this season. That run began with a 1-0 win at home against Tottenham Hotspur on 9 October and also included an 8-0 success at Derby County on 26 November.
