West Ham United have lodged an appeal against Lee Bowyer's dismissal in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Birmingham City on Saturday.
The midfielder was shown a straight red card following an 88th-minute challenge involving visiting captain Damien Johnson. The case will be heard from 1pm at the Football Association's headquarters in Soho Square, London on Tuesday.
