Alan Curbishley has spoken out about his satisfaction at seeing West Ham United sitting in the top half of the table.
WHUTV sat down with the manager on Wednesday night to hear his thoughts on the season so far and how his team has coped with a number of injury problems. He reflects on the strength in his squad and the need "to set about building the team and pushing on".
With nine matches played, and a game in hand on the sides below, West Ham United are tenth in the 20-team Premier League standings. As well as Saturday's trip to high-flying Portsmouth, there is also the prospect of a Carling Cup quarter-final place in store should Curbishley's men win at Coventry City next Tuesday night.
Log on to WHUTV now to hear from the manager himself. You can also catch up with more exclusive footage from the special player appearances at the club shops this week. And, if you haven't seen them yet, check out all the goals from last Sunday's 3-1 home win against Sunderland that has left the Hammers looking up rather than down in the standings.
