Football Aid at the Boleyn Ground

West Ham United have teamed up with Football Aid to give fans the chance to sample a typical matchday at the Boleyn Ground and raise money for charity.

From seeing your shirt hanging up in the changing room to your first steps on the hallowed turf, you can experience just what it is like for the players you watch week in, week out when the event takes place on 13 May 2007. In addition, you could be running out alongside some former greats, with the likes of Ray Stewart and George Parris among those to have taken part in the past.

The day is all about raising money for good causes and giving the chance of a lifetime to supporters, such as Hammers fan Lee Healey who is still reliving the previous event. "What can I say, a truly amazing evening, one of the best nights of my life," he said. "We had a great game. I've been replaying my goal on my phone every day since, as one of the spectators happened to catch it on their mobile phone."

All funds raised from the match will be split between Football Aid's parent charity Field of Dreams - which works towards diabetes research, education and management projects - and West Ham's nominated charity, Richard House Children's Hospice.
