West Ham United midfielder Lee Hales has joined non-league Rushden & Diamonds on a two-month loan deal.
The 18-year-old, capped by England at Under-16 and U17 level, is the son of Rushden assistant manager Kevin Hales. Hales has featured regularly for the club's youth and reserve-teams this season, most recently starting in the 2-2 draw with Arsenal at the Boleyn Ground a week ago.
