Our final Premiership match of the season against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday has been selected for live coverage on Sky Sports.
Hammers need just a point from the clash against the newly-crowned champions to ensure our top-flight status for next season, and all the action at Old Trafford will be screened live on Sky Sports 1 from 2.00pm.
The Premiership's other vital clash on Sunday, between Sheffield United and Wigan Athletic, will also be televised live, on Sky Sports 3.
