West Ham United would like to advise supporters attending
today's final home match of the season of the
pre and post-match events taking place.
The Hammer of the Year presentation will be taking place on the pitch at 2.40pm, and all supporters wishing to see the award being handed out are advised to be in their seats by that time.
Once the match has ended, the players will be returning to the pitch in order to thank the fans for their support this season. We therefore ask supporters to remain in their seats once the final whistle has blown, as the players will only be permitted to come back out if the pitch is clear.
Any supporters attempting to get on to the pitch at the end of the game will be removed from the stadium and face a future ban from attending matches at Upton Park.
We appreciate your co-operation in this matter, and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your dedicated and loyal support throughout the season.
