scenes at West Ham United, not least within the Club's Retail
and Merchandise department.
Following the successful launch of our brand new online megastore last month, the Stadium Store at the Boleyn Ground is about to undergo a major renovation, ensuring that all Hammers fans can enjoy a unique shopping experience whenever they visit Upton Park.
However, the improvements won't stop there and, as our loyal customers, we want you to tell us what you think is needed to ensure that supporters are provided with a first-class service from all areas of our Retail and Merchandise department.

Our new Director of Retail and Merchandise, Gudmundur Gislason, says: "There are lots of changes taking place and that is very exciting.
"There are many good things at the Club now in retail but we can improve, and it is important to me that our supporters are involved in helping us to make those improvements."
