This Sunday's trip to Ewood Park has naturally evoked memories of last season's thrilling victory and its role in kick-starting the club's survival success.
Christopher Samba put Blackburn Rovers in front just after half-time on 17 March 2007 to leave the visitors needing to score twice to get three much-needed points. A Carlos Tevez penalty levelled matters with 19 minutes to play and within four minutes West Ham United were in front. The winning goal was not without controversy as Bobby Zamora's shot hit Tevez on the line before being adjudged to have crossed the line by the referee.
It was the first of seven wins in the final nine games that ultimately led to the club securing top-flight football for another campaign. You can relive all the action again and again on the Premier Class Search channel on WHUTV.
