West Ham United require an Accounts assistant for our Retail and Corporate Sales sections of business.
The role will be predominantly Sales Ledger/Credit Control and
Cash control. However, it may be necessary to support other
functions within the accounts department plus any other ad hoc
duties.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Sales Ledger and
Credit Control including raising and posting of all invoices/credit
notes, allocation of monies received debtor maintenance/enquiries
and liaison with debt collectors.
The candidate must also be able to prepare/reconcile varying
amounts of cash daily and on a match day. Due to the nature of the
business it will be necessary to commit to working all home matches
throughout the season, providing support to the match day cashiers.
