Bolton, meanwhile, have defender Bruno N'Gotty back after an ankle injury, while striker Henrik Pedersen could also play. Nigerian midfielder Jay Jay Okocha is doubtful with a a thigh injury, and El-Hadji Diouf is out after a hernia operation.

Previous meetings: This is Hammers' third visit to the Reebok Stadium this season, following a 1-0 defeat in the Carling Cup third round back in October and the 0-0 draw in the FA Cup fifth round just three weeks ago.

We have yet to win a game at the Reebok Stadium - our last away win at Bolton coming back in November 1995, when goals from Ian Bishop, Tony Cottee and Danny Williamson gave us a 3-0 win at the old Burnden Park ground.
