Hammers to face Rovers

West Ham United have been handed a home tie against Blackburn Rovers in the FA Cup fourth round.

Hammers' number 18 ball was pulled out by former Tottenham Hotspur star Steve Perryman in the draw at the FA's Soho Square headquarters, hosted by Upton Park legend Sir Trevor Brooking.

Manager Alan Pardew said: "I'm pleased that we have a home draw. It will be a tough game against Blackburn but there will be a super atmosphere at Upton Park and hopefully we can put on a winning performance."

Blackburn beat Championship side Queens Park Rangers on Saturday to reach the fourth round.

The tie will take place on the weekend of January 28-29, 2006.
