West Ham United's on-loan defender Lionel Scaloni has been called up by Argentina for their friendly international against Croatia on March 1.
National team coach Jose Nestor Pekerman has named the 27-year-old right-back in his 18-man squad, with Chelsea striker Hernan Crespo also included.
Argentina are using the friendly at the St Jakob-Park stadium in Basel, Switzerland, as a warm-up match for the World Cup finals this summer in Germany, where they have been drawn in Group C with the Ivory Coast, Serbia & Montenegro and Holland.
Lionel has already been capped five times by his country.
