Cancer Research UK is offering West Ham United fans a
unique opportunity to freefall-abseil 140ft down the Bobby Moore
Stand at Upton Park.
You don't need to be particularly fit or have any experience - anyone can take part provided you are over 16 years of age…you just need to be a bit daring! If you would like to take part in the event - which has been scheduled for March 17, 2007 - all we ask is that you raise a minimum of £150.00 in sponsorship.
To enter, please call 0870 402 9898 or email [email protected]
Cancer Research UK will then send you a full information pack, including your abseil time, details of incentive prizes and sponsorship forms.
All the sponsorship money raised from this event will go to the The Bobby Moore Fund, which is part of Cancer Research UK. The fund raises money for research into bowel cancer and also raises public awareness of the disease. The funds are spent on high-quality bowel cancer research carried out by leading scientists working across the UK.
