ACADEMY player James Tomkins has played all three games for England
Under-17s in the Pepsi Tournament.
In the first game James played the full 90 minutes as England beat
Portugal 3-1 at Ashton Gate, Bristol. A brace from Daniel Sturridge
and a Nathan Porritt strike secured the victory.
James again played the full game as England went down 1-0 to the
USA and was on for the full 90 minutes as England lost 2-1 to Italy
at Whaddon Road, Cheltenham. The victory was enough to put Italy
top of the group and secure them victory in the Pepsi
Tournament.
