Fletch Returns To Reserve Team Action

CARL Fletcher returns to action for West Ham United tonight after a month on loan at Watford as the Reserve team take on London rivals Tottenham Hotspur at Dagenham & Redbridge, kick-off 7.00pm.

The Wales midfielder made three starts for the Hornets but returns to a strong Reserve team this evening, packed full with first-team experience.

Shaka Hislop returns in goal after a successful trip away with Trinidad & Tobago, while at the back Shaun Newton, Clive Clarke, Elliott Ward and Chris Cohen comprise a very experienced back four.

Fletcher will be partnered in central midfield by Academy graduate Tony Stokes, who has impressed at Reserve team level so far this season and scored the Under-18s winner against Norwich City at the weekend.

On the flanks, David Bellion continues his quest for fitness while the left side will be patrolled by the promising Kyel Reid - the only player in Kevin Keen's starting line-up without first-team experience.

Up front, Hogan Ephraim will be partnered by Welsh international Gavin Williams.
