ALAN Pardew and his players are calling for fans attending
tomorrow's Play-off semi-final first leg clash with Ipswich
Town, to take their seats at least 20 minutes before kick-off and
join in the big game build-up!
Hammers have an extravaganza of pre-match entertainment lined up,
which includes Mark Adam, who plays legendary singer Dean
Martin in the hit West End musical Ratpack, performing
live before kick-off.
Academy star Tony Stokes will then put pen to paper on a landmark
occasion in his young career as he signs his first professional
contract with the Club he supports. Tony has been with the Hammers
since the age of 10 and has caught the eye at Reserve team level
this season despite still being just 17-years-old.
Then, professional muscian and massive West Ham United fan Martin
Tubb will lead the team out with a rousing rendition of the Post
Horn Gallop, an anthem made famous during the 1960s when it was
played by first the Leyton Silver Band and then the British Legion
Band before the legendary Bobby Moore would lead the Hammers out at
the Boleyn Ground.
Club compere Jeremy Nichollas will also be on the mic during the
pre-match build up on what promises to be a memorable afternoon in
Hammers history.
