KEVIN Keen has named a star-studded line-up for the final Reserve
game of the season against Watford at Upton Park this evening,
kick-off 7.00pm.
Most noteable is the return of Scottish internationals Christian
Dailly and Don Hutchison to action. Christian has not played a
competitive game since injuring his knee in the Hammers first home
game of the season against Reading. After recovering from an
operation to repair the damage he has since struggled to regain
fitness following thigh and calf problems.
Don has faced his own lenghty fitness battle of late. He will
appear for the first time since a long-standing knee problem flared
up after the home game against Brighton back in October last year.
Alongside Dailly at the back, Malky Mackay returns after more than
a month out with a calf injury, with Ryan Andrews at right-back and
Rufus Brevett on the left.
In midfield, Don is joined by Welsh international Carl Fletcher,
Luke Chadwick and the Reserve team's most consistent player
this season, Chris Cohen, who has made 21 appearances for Kevin
Keen's side and been made captain in recent weeks.
Up front, another Welsh international Gavin Williams is likely to
be paired with Ukraine star Sergei Rebrov.
The team to face Watford is as follows:
1. Stephen Bywater (GK)
2. Ryan Andrews
3. Rufus Brevett
4. Christian Dailly
5. Malky Mackay
6. Carl Fletcher
7. Luke Chadwick
8. Don Hutchison
9. Sergei Rebrov
