ALAN Pardew has named his squad for West Ham United's return to
the Premier League against Blackburn Rovers at Upton Park.
New signings Roy Carroll, Danny Gabbidon, Paul Konchesky and Yossi
Benayoun are all included and will be in line to make their claret
and blue debuts on Saturday in front of a capacity crowd at the
Boleyn Ground.
Goalkeeper Shaka Hislop is also included, his first appearance in a
Hammers squad since the final day of the 2001/02 season.
Pards is without defender James Collins, who picked up a slight
knock in a Reserve game against Arsenal earlier in the week, while
Clive Clarke is also ruled out through injury.
The squad to face Blackburn Rovers is as follows:
Carroll (GK), Hislop (GK), Etherington, Mullins, Gabbidon, Repka,
Reo-Coker, Ward, Mackay, Dailly, Fletcher, Ferdinand, Harewood,
Zamora, Konchesky, Sheringham, Noble, Benayoun, Williams, Newton.
