Luke was taken off in the second half, to be replaced by Chris Cohen, and in a candid admission he says:
"I don't think I was playing well enough to stay on - I had a poor game and the manager was right to take me off.
"I wasn't happy with my performance; I didn't create enough chances or get in the game enough.
"We were poor and didn't do enough to win the game; we didn't create enough to score and we were fairly beaten, I think.
"We can't argue about it; although I don't think they did that well they were probably better on the day and it was pretty poor game.
"Everyone was disappointed and I think we let the fans down while they have won a few games on the trot, and they are confident after going on a good run."
Luke says a positive reaction is a must now and adds:
"We have had disappointments in the past and hopefully we can bounce back with two home games.
"When you have had a bad game you always want to play well in the next one so hopefully I will get a chance."
