West Ham United is pleased to announce that Mr David Bick, one of the three members of the Whistle group against whom West Ham United was forced to bring defamation proceedings earlier in the year, has today issued an apology and correction for the statements made by Whistle which were the subject of the defamation proceedings.
Mr Bick has also agreed to pay West Ham United's costs in this matter together with approppriate compensation.
