Following on from last week's announcement of the company's results for the year ended 31 May 2004, West Ham United plc is pleased to publish its full accounts for the period. These accounts have already been sent to shareholders and bondholders.

The Company's AGM for 2004 will be held at the Boleyn Ground at 11 a.m. on Monday 13th December.
