West Ham United are pleased to be able to confirm the dates and selling arrangements for the Nationwide League Division 1 Play-Off Final versus Crystal Palace at the Millenium Stadium, Cardiff on Saturday 29th May.
We have been informed by the Football League that both teams will receive an allocation of 33,800 match tickets, obviously we are delighted that this number would ensure that every current season ticket holder and the majority of our club members would have the chance to obtain a ticket. ____________________________________________________________________
Who wouldn't need to apply
Automatic Home Cup & Away match ticket schemes
Members of the away match ticket scheme will automatically be debited and allocated a ticket and the Club would like to thank the 230 season ticket holders who have travelled to every away match this season for this fantastic show of support.
As advertised in recent match day programmes and on the official website, season ticket holders who enrolled within the automatic cup scheme will also be debited and allocated a Final ticket.
Season Ticket Holders & Club Member's postal applications
Those season ticket holders that applied using a postal application as instructed in the Watford match day programme would have there applications processed over the period Thursday 20th & Friday 21st May. Tickets will be distributed to the lead clients address as soon as processed.
Please note that to enable the ticket office to process the above as quickly and efficiently as possible the ticket office will be closed neither accepting telephone calls or personal callers on both Thursday 20th & Friday 21st May.
If you have applied by post please note your client reference number has not been passed to Ticketmaster, should you call Ticketmaster they will not recognise your details and will refuse a booking
We can confirm that due to number of applications received subject to all be in order postal applications will be successful in obtaining tickets.
How all other Season Ticket Holders & Club Members would apply
All remaining tickets will be sold via Ticketmaster, both by telephone and online.
We have taken this step in an attempt to offer our season ticket holders and club members as quick and efficient a service as possible at what would undoubtedly be a very busy period.
Following the recent high demand for Fulham FA Cup replay tickets and for Play Off semi final tickets we are keen to minimise the inconvenience for our supporters of either queuing at the ticket office or on the telephone. Whilst there may still be some waiting time experienced through Ticketmaster the number of operators available will ensure that supporters are dealt with far more promptly then would have been the case if ticket sales had been processed in house.
Selling dates would be as follows:
Season Ticket Holders - Thursday 20th to Friday 21st May
Club Members - Saturday 22nd to Sunday 23rd May

Ticket prices and charges are as set out below. We regret that Ticketmaster's charge is higher then their usual booking fee to reflect the additional cost of processing tickets supplied by the Football League rather than printed in house.

Please note that there would be an additional £1.75 per transaction fee for tickets sent by 1st class post. Supporters will have the option of having tickets posted by Special Delivery at a cost of £4.85.
Bondholders
Many Bondholders have already as advertised applied through the post, these applications would be processed before all others from Thursday, some however have chose to apply with season ticket holders so would therefore be dealt with after.
If however you are a Bondholder and you have not applied for a play off final ticket the number of tickets set aside for there use will allow you time to submit a postal application to be received no later then Friday 21st May. (Special delivery is recommended)
Please note that all Bondholders, season ticket holders & club members are restricted to one ticket per Bond/Client reference number.
Ticketmaster will accept a maximum of 6 client reference numbers per booking.
We regret that due to the size of the allocation and the anticipated demand from all of the above tickets we do not expect tickets to reach a general sale - Any possible change in this situation would be announced on the evening of Sunday 23rd via www.whufc.com ____________________________________________________________________
Play Off Final Travel
Coaches
Departs from the Boleyn Ground from 07.00am
Adults £20.00 - Concessions £18.00
Supporters travelling by coach are asked to arrive early and congregate in the Dr Martens stand Lower tier concourse where refreshments and toilets will be available. Coaches will be arriving in batches of 10 and supporters will be notified over the tannoy when there coaches are available to board.
We regret that there has been a slight rise in the cost of coach travel since the Cardiff league fixture however due to an increase in the cost
Trains
We are pleased that through Sportsfare * West Ham United will be offering official train travel to Cardiff.
Train travel must be booked through Spoortsfare* direct and supporters that had purchased Play Off final tickets could book train travel from 09.00am Thursday 20th May onwards.
