West Ham United confirms the transfer of striker David Connolly to Leicester City for an undisclosed fee.
Manager Alan Pardew said: "A bid for David came in from Sunderland and Leicester City, which I accepted. David was then given permission to talk to both clubs and the final decision was left up to him. I certainly wish him every success at his new club."
