West Ham United confirms the Club has been charged for the behaviour of their supporters during the Football League Championship match against Millwall at the New Den on 21st November 2004.
The Club has been charged with breaching FA Rule E22 (a) for its alleged failure to ensure that its spectators and/or persons purporting to be its supporters or followers conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and refrained from threatening and/or violent and/or provocative behaviour in or around the 18th minute of the match; and/or following on from the conclusion of the match; and/or generally throughout the course of the fixture.
West Ham United has until 10th January 2005 to respond.
