Important Ticket Information

Unfortunately, Wednesday's postal strike has affected the ticket office's normal procedures for the posting/selling of tickets for tomorrow night's Nationwide First Division home match against Crystal Palace.

Due to the postal strike, there are no deliveries on Wednesday and whilst bookings are still being taken and tickets left for collection, it is likely that the maximum number of collections will soon be reached, meaning tickets will then be available to personal callers only.

Match tickets can be ordered by phoning the ticket office on 0208 548 2700 from 9am to 5pm and in person from the Stadium ticket office or our shops in Lakeside and Bluewater.

Anyone ordering a ticket for collection will be instructed to collect their purchase no later then 6.30pm. Also, anyone arriving without a match ticket wishing to purchase a ticket on the night will be advised to arrive before this time also.

Pay turnstiles will be open from 6.30pm onwards and, whilst availability is still high, to avoid lengthy queues and the possibility of missing the start of the match, we strongly advise you arrive no later then the above-mentioned time. Full information on turnstile numbers will be available via the website on the morning of the game.

Also, anyone wishing to upgrade a season ticket is advised to arrive early and this applies to supporters wishing to purchase tickets for future matches also. Supporters wanting to buy tickets for future matches are reminded the Dr Martens stand ticket office is open after the match.

Whilst we fully realise some of this may appear drastic, anyone that experienced the queues before the Bradford City home fixture will appreciate our concern.
