Football Continuum
One of the most popular activities that we organise are the week-long football courses. These take place during every school holiday (Monday - Friday 9.30am-2.30pm). The aim is to provide a friendly and safe environment for boys and girls of all abilities aged 6-16 years to enjoy football with the emphasis on fun and participation.
All our coaches hold recognised Football Association coaching awards so we can guarantee you will receive expert coaching. In School and After School coaching is offered to schools in the boroughs of Newham, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge, Chelmsford, Tower Hamlets and Havering.
One-hour sessions can be booked in five week blocks to form part of the National Curriculum.
Technique Squads: Run throughout 40 weeks of the year, consisting on one-hour sessions. Coaching takes place at venues in London, Essex and Hertfordshire for boys and girls of all abilities. Children have the opportunity to learn the basic techniques of the game, within a safe and friendly environment. Any player who reaches a suitable standard will have the opportunity to attend a performance squad. Performance Squads: Performance Squads run for players who progress from a Techniques Squad. Players are expected to perform at a high level, with the opportunity to strive towards excellence and gain access into the Academy.
When West Ham United are playing at home, Match Day Coaching takes place before the game. Children can attend a two-hour coaching session and also receive a match ticket and programme as part of the package. A maximum of 35 children can attend and purchase an additional ticket for an accompanying adult.
