For the first time members only can use an on-line booking form to apply for their tickets, and although this is not a real time booking form, applications will be dealt with promptly.

Members can also apply by telephone on 020 8548 2700, by post to West Ham Ticket Office, PO Box 6731, London E13 9AZ, at the stadium ticket office or the club shops at Romford, Basildon, Lakeside and Bluewater.
There is also an automated ticket line for members only on 020 8548 0551, although this is only able to sell FULL PRICE adult tickets.
