Aldridge: We Won't Sue

West Ham MD Paul Aldridge has denied reports suggesting that West Ham are going to sue the FA over David James' injury.
A scan has revealed that he will be out for some time though, despite speculation, it is too early to say whether he will be back this season.
But the notion of the club taking the FA to court is wide of the mark, and Paul says:
"There is a mechanism in place for compensation if a player is injured while on England duty.
"We will abide by that procedure; we are certainly not suing the FA.
"We are proud when one of our players represents England, but we are obviously sorry that this has happened.
"Unfortunate though it is, however, the matter will not affect our good relations with the England set-up."
With Steve Bywater recalled to the squad from Wolves, three goalkeepers with first team experience are back at the club.
But goalkeeping coach Ludek Miklosko, who is also registered as a player, has ruled himself out of a return.
Ludo returned to the club this summer, replacing Les Sealey as coach, but stresses he has no desire to add to his 365 appearances for the Hammers.
"I was discussing this with Glenn Roeder; maybe in an emergency, if we need just some cover in the reserves or something, I can be ready.
"But I don't want to stand in the way of young goalkeepers coming through at the club."
Amongst those youngsters are George and Joe, both sons of Les.
