Carrick Cool

Michael Carrick insists he will not lose sleep on Thursday night worrying about whether he has been picked for Sven-Goran Eriksson's latest England squad tomorrow.
Having made his full debut at the end of last season alongside Joe Cole in a friendly against Mexico, the pair then returned to the U21s.
But his omission from the latest U21 squad, which includes Joe Cole, suggests that he will again be with the seniors next week.
Glenn Roeder discussed the merits of selecting the pair - as well as Trevor Sinclair and David James - with Eriksson's assistant Tord Grip on Monday.
Joe, of course, has only played 135 minutes of preseason football so far.
That is the most likely explanation of his not being in the senior squad - and will probably guarantee Joe a full game.
Jermain Defoe is also included in the squad, but there is no place for Steve Bywater, currently on loan at Wolves.
As for Michael, he says the Holland game is not uppermost in his mind.
"I haven't really thought about it too much, to be honest," he admits.
"Until it's announced, you don't know if you are in, so I don't really dwell on it too much.
"I'm just concentrating on West Ham and we'll see what happens after that.
"It has hardly crossed my mind, and I don't ponder it every day.
"At the moment I'm just thinking about the next game on Saturday which is the main priority.
"It's all about getting fit, and it's not worth looking towards the England squads.
"It's just a matter of playing the next game for West Ham and seeing how it goes."
