Mitchell Cole created the first with a fine run down the left and cross that Danny Morris slid home.
Billy Mehmet grabbed the second with an acutely angled strike and Manny Cascione's pass inside the full-back provided the third for James Allen, who smashed the ball into the roof of the net.
Academy Director Tony Carr said: "We should have won by more and indeed we could have had six. But it took us four hours to ge there and we were slow in starting.
"I was pleased with the schoolboys George Sealey, Mitchell Cole, Danny Morris, Danny Blewitt and Tommy Laws, while the more senior players still had the hunger despite winning the title on Saturday."
