Mackenzie Arnold and Katrina Gorry have been named in Australia's 18-player squad for the upcoming 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
The Matildas take on Germany, Zambia and the United States in Group B at the tournament, where they will hope to better their fourth-place finish they achieved at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Arnold has been a mainstay between the sticks for her country since establishing herself as the No1 goalkeeper before the 2023 World Cup, where her heroics helped Tony Gustavsson's team to fourth spot.
Gorry meanwhile has been recovering from an ankle injury that she sustained against Chelsea in a Barclays Women's Super League fixture in March 2024.
Australia's pre-Olympic friendly matches against China in late May and early June came too soon for the midfielder to be involved, but she will head to Paris for the tournament that kicks off on Thursday 25 July.
Gorry has 107 caps for her country, while Arnold will hit 50 caps should she feature in the opening game of the tournament against Germany.
