West Ham United will host Aston Villa in our opening match of the 2024/25 season.
Last term, the two teams played out a competitive 1-1 draw in the corresponding London Stadium fixture, when Michail Antonio's header was cancelled out by a late leveller from Nicolò Zaniolo.
The Irons felt hard done by at the final whistle, however, after having a stoppage time goal chalked off for handball by Tomáš Souček after a lengthy VAR review.
