Intuit QuickBooks Partnership Survey – Signed Shirt Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in this free prize draw. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering.

  1. West Ham United Football Club Limited, registered company number 66516, with its registered office at London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 2ST.
  2. This prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom or outside of the United Kingdom, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Intuit QuickBooks, their affiliated companies, agents, or any person professionally connected with the prize draw.
  3. To enter, eligible participants must complete the partnership survey between Wednesday 5 February 2025, and Wednesday 12 February 2025.
  4. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a computer-generated process (or an independent adjudicator/supervisor). The draw will take place on Friday 14 February 2025. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the draw.
  5. There will be one (1) winner who will receive a signed West Ham United Football Club shirt (the "Prize").
  6. The Prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. If the stated Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value without prior notice. The Prize is non-transferable.
  7. By entering the prize draw, you agree that your personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw. Personal data will be handled in accordance with West Ham United’s Privacy Policy - https://www.whufc.com/privacy-policy
  8. Data will be stored only for the duration necessary to administer the competition and will be securely deleted thereafter.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
  • Is incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent.
  • Is submitted using script, macro, or any other automated means.
  • Is bulk, consumer group, or third-party generated.
  1. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
  2. This competition closes at 11:59 PM GMT on Wednesday 12 February 2025. The winning entrant must confirm receipt of their prize within 48 hours of being contacted; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen at random.
  3. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of this prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary.
  4. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
  5. These terms and conditions, the prize draw, and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
