Brad Dolaghan joined West Ham United from National League South side Worthing, signing his first professional contract in August 2024.

The centre-forward made an immediate impact for his local side after stepping up from the U18s set-up. During Worthing's 2023/24 promotion push, Dolaghan netted seven goals in eleven appearances as the West Sussex outfit reached the play-off final.

His fine goalscoring form earned him a trial at the Hammers over the summer. Featuring throughout the U21s' pre-season, Dolaghan put pen to paper on his first professional deal in time for the opening game of the 2024/25 Premier League 2 campaign.

Dolaghan's Premier League 2 debut came as a substitute in a 5-1 home win over Southampton on 23 August 2024, with his EFL Trophy bow having come in a 3-1 group-stage defeat at Reading three days previously. He scored his first goal for the development side in his full debut, a 2-2 draw against SL Benfica B in the Premier League International Cup.

Dolaghan is currently out on loan at Vanarama National League side Aldershot Town.
