The Hammers face the Barclays Championship side at Hayes Lane in Bromley as they look to secure a victory before the upcoming international break.
Rehanne Skinner's side took the lead with 14 minutes on the clock as Viviane Asseyi calmly slotted the ball through the legs of Grace Moloney.
However, just before half-time, Sofia Jakobsson curled a strike into the far corner to share the spoils at the break.
