Inside Training | Behind the scenes of day three in Kitzbühel

Julen Lopetegui's Hammers continued their preparations for the new campaign in Kitzbühel on Wednesday, and our cameras were on hand to capture all the action.

The Irons hit the training pitches early in the morning, looking to build on what has been a gruelling, but hugely positive, opening few days in Austria's mountainous terrain.

After returning to their hotel for lunch, the squad were then put through an intense gym session in the afternoon, with a stronger focus on upper body strengthening.
