At West Ham United, we value the opinions and feedback of all our supporters. While our Supporter Services and Ticketing teams are always available for you via our digital platforms, we know that sometimes meeting in person can make all the difference.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join us for upcoming drop-in sessions to share your thoughts, ask questions, or simply say hello.
Senior members of our Supporter Services and Ticketing teams - including the Club’s Head of Supporter Services and Fan Engagement, Supporter Services Manager, and Supporter Liaison Officer - will be available to meet with you on the following matchdays at:
📍 London Stadium Store Café
(Situated on the lower level of the Stadium Store, next to Bridge 5)
- West Ham United v Leicester City: 6pm-7.15pm
- West Ham United v Newcastle United: 1pm-2.15pm
📍 Supporter Services Information Point, Chigwell Construction Stadium
- West Ham United Women v Manchester City Women: 1pm-2.30pm
These sessions are a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with key team members and discuss your experience as a West Ham United supporter.
Please note that while we welcome your feedback and are here to listen, we will not be able to facilitate individual changes to tickets or discuss any ongoing investigations during these sessions. Should you wish to make a specific change to your ticketing account, the best place to go is the Ticket Office.
In addition to these events, our Ticket Office continues to be available via email and phone. Our Supporter Liaison Officers are also on hand at all men’s home and away fixtures, as well as all women’s and Academy home fixtures, and at selected away fixtures. You can spot them by the blue tabard they wear for all matchdays. You can find out more about our passionate and friendly Supporter Liaison team here.
Your feedback matters to us, and we’re here to listen, whether online or in person. We look forward to seeing you. Come and share your thoughts with us—your voice matters.
