1-2-1 Mentoring sessions, working with young people on the cusp or have been excluded from school, and on the cusp or have been involved in criminal activity. Workshops on gang culture, knife crime and other risk factors

When it is running and where

The sessions are tailored around the young people their availability and locations they feel safe in.

Who is it targeting

Targeting young people between the ages of 10-18 years old, who are on the verge of being excluded from school or have been, and also young people who are currently or are more likely to be involved in criminal activity.

Why it will benefit them

The project gives a young person a positive role model in their life. We are able to be flexible in the sessions - in the type of sessions we are running - and Goal-based outcomes

How to join: There are a variety of different ways to get referred. (Parents/guardians, teachers, youth workers, social workers etc.), Internal/partner referrals can be made via the form which can be shared upon request.
