Connemara Hammers is an Official West Ham United Supporters' Club, founded in 2020 to bring Hammers fans in Derryherbert, Galway together.
We are a small informal supporters group covering the areas of County Galway and County Mayo. Some of us are season ticket holders regularly travelling over for games or getting together to watch matches on TV.
We are always keen to hear from fellow West Ham supporters living in the area.
