The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
From 10th April 2026 to 13th April 2026 the first 14 customers who sign up to win the play on the pitch experience via this campaign will qualify to attend a Play on the Pitch experience.
Each qualifying customer can bring one guest to the experience, guest must be over the age of 18 years old.
The experience will take place on Tuesday 21st April 2026 at West Ham United Training Ground, Rush Green Road, Romford, RM7 0LU from 16:00pm to 20:00pm, timings are subject to change.
The qualifying customer and guest will participate in a warmup and a full 90 minute football game on the official training pitch, official West Ham United footballs and Home and Away football kits, use of all spectator facilities, medical and refereeing officials, water for players and parking for players and spectators.
The winning customers will be notified by email on 14th April 2026.
The experience is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The experience is supplied by West Ham United Limited, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2ST (the "Supplier"). The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to the experience if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon subscribing to the West Ham United Plans. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the experience to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to choose new winners if any of the first 14 winners cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the end date of the competition or a winner is found in our reasonable opinion to be otherwise ineligible under these terms.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Supplier, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the experience except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Notice - Lycamobile.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who writes to Lycamobile UK Limited, 195 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SG. (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 2. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The Supplier and the Promoter reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
