The 2025 AGM was held at 19.00 on Monday 6th October at Riverside East and was attended by over 70 bondholders.
Chair’s Welcome
Martine Dodwell-Bennett opened the meeting and welcomed Bondholders and guests. Martine paid tribute to Committee Member Keith Knight and former Chair John Beavis who sadly passed this year. Committee member Mike Lee has stood down from the committee. Martine thanked Mike for his dedication over the years.Martine thanked bondholders for their engagement and response to surveys over the last year.
Martine stressed the importance of bondholders keeping their contact details updated and ensuring provision is made for the bond in their will.

Bond sales
Over the last year the average sales price of a bond was £11,000. 13 bonds have been sold and 3 transferred.
Company Accounts
Tony Barritt presented the company accounts. The balance at the year-end was £30,405. The expenditure for the year was £607 including £557 for the AGM 224 costs.
FAB Representation
Bondholders continue to be represented on the FAB by Martine. The coming year will see discussions on the introduction for digital ticketing in 26/27 and how this is implemented for bondholders..
Committee Elections
The attendees voted to accept a motion to re-elect the ten current members to represent Bondholders for the next 12 months. The committee members elected were Barbara Adams, Stephen Applebee, Tony Barritt, Martine Dodwell-Bennett, Richard Boast, Lloyd Howard, Martin Jessop, Michael Evans, Joe O;Sullivan and Colin Sheridan.
Alvin Martin
Following the more formal business of the evening Martine introduced Alvin Martin. Alvin shared a number of stories and experiences from his time at West Ham in an entertaining and engaging manner. Alvin answered a variety of pre-submitted questions, together with those from the floor during an entertaining and enlightening Q and A session.
Closing Remarks
Martine, on behalf of the Bondholders and the Executive Committee thanked the Club for hosting the event, together with Club representatives and Alvin Martin for an entertaining and informative evening. Alvin then drew out raffle tickets for lucky winners of a signed Men's and Womens shirts and a hospitality pakage donated by the Club and an extra prize generously donated by Alvin.
