Digital Advent Calendar Terms & Conditions - Day 22

Thank you for your interest in this free prize draw. Please read the following terms and conditions:

Promoter:  West Ham United Football Club Limited with registered company number 66516 whose registered office is West Ham United Football Club, London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 2ST;

1. The free prize draw is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and of their affiliated companies or agents, or other persons professionally connected with the prize draw. Entrants must have the consent of a parent or guardian over 18 to enter the competition. West Ham United reserves the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose another winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given.

2. Any person matching the criteria set out in point 1 who enters between 00:00 BST on 22/12/2023 and 23:59 BST on 22/12/23 (the “Entry Period”) will be entered into the prize draw to win a Soccer Supplement prize - the “Prize”).

3. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

4. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the prize draw.

5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

7. The Prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

8. The Prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents on Thursday 2 January 2025 (the “Draw Date”).

10. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the Draw Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above. The Prize will be sent to each winner by post within 60 days of the winner having been notified of their win. Discount codes will be delivered instantly upon successful completion of the game and valid as per the details provided on the prize page.

11. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

12. By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees that, in the event of them being drawn as a winner of the prize draw, (i) the Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names on their websites and social media and (ii) such winner consents to the Promoter’s reasonable requests in relation to the taking and publication of promotional photographs.

13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

14. By entering the prize draw, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes. The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the competition. 15. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize but will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. 16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

P1 Travel Terms & Conditions

The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the giveaway website page. The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete or inaccurate entries, or those that do not adhere to the rules or specifications, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of P1 Travel.

You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of P1 Travel.

The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by P1 Travel. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at P1 Travel’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including without limitation, any and all, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless P1 Travel and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
