Supporters should note that Loyalty Points are in the process of being of being recalibrated, with points from the 2023/24 Season (Premier League, domestic cup competitions and UEFA Europa League fixtures) being removed. 

Loyalty Points from the 2024/25 season will be retained into 2025/26.

The three Loyalty Points bonus for those who renewed their Season Tickets before midnight on Monday 31 March 2025 will also be added at this point.

The maximum number of points any Season Ticket Holder will have accumulated following the conclusion of this process will be 26.

The process is expected to be completed towards the end of next week (Friday 27 June), when supporters will be able to view an accurate Loyalty Point balance online.
